"Just purchased condo - first time visiting since settlement. Went inside to turn on AC (wall unit) - not working. Called my property management company (Coldwell Banker) and they contacted Fields for me. Was told since it was a Saturday, it may take a few hours but I would get a call back. It wasn't 1 hour and someone showed up to rescue the day. Came in, diagnosed the problem, discussed my options and agreed to replace the unit. I told them it was no particular hurry as the unit was not going to be rented again for 2 weeks. They came out Tuesday and did the work. I have not seen the final product, but they did provide PROMPT FRIENDLY COURTEOUS service and the employees have been great and very responsive. I highly recommend Fields."
